Those who seen book on Pat Hoare by David Manton reckon he has a best seller on his hands (Book on him has never been done) and discussion one of few people to buy race cars from Enzo who was not known to sell his race cars privately (Didn't he buy a race car that was later converted to road car coupe by NZ coachbuilder which had Enzo co-operation Motorman ran the story years ago and over last few years converted back to single seater race car)

Alfa Romeo Cerebrates 100 years - a little bit of history is given (it appears most magazines here are doing on something on Alfa Romeo each issue NZ Autocar did Alfa Romeo 159) Discussion of first Alfa Romeo is in Australia owned by ex Kiwi Neville Chricton (thats stange year ago Alfa Romeo came out and brought one of early ones from an Australian ...its strange so many early ones are in Australia as documented by me in early issues of Restored Car)

Alvis Returns - Red Triangle LTD who have been the offical Alvis Service garage and providing spare parts (they got all spare parts from Alvis themselves in 1968) announce they going to re-make 1936-1940 Alvis 4.3 using original factory drawings; notes etc (no doubt some compromise for modern safety will have to be added)
